Kidana Completes Replacement of Traditional Mist Columns with Modern Mist Fans at Jamarat Facility

Kidana Development Company completed the replacement of traditional mist columns with modern and advanced mist fans in the western courtyard of the Jamarat facility, as part of its ongoing strategy to improve the operational environment and enrich the experience of pilgrims.

 Kidana noted that during the first phase in the 1446 AH Hajj season, 200 columns were replaced, while the 1447 AH Hajj season targeted the replacement of an additional 200 columns, enhancing cooling efficiency and significantly improving air distribution in the area.

 The new technology is distinguished by its high capacity to cool the surrounding environment for pilgrims, providing a more comfortable atmosphere that serves approximately 180,000 pilgrims per hour as they head to perform the ritual of stoning the Jamarat.
