Two Holy Mosques Authority Ramps Up Oversight at Prophet’s Mosque with 1,038 Field Visits

The General Authority for the Care of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque conducted 1,038 field inspection visits between Ramadan 1 and Dhu Al-Qi'dah 25, 1447 AH, to monitor the quality of services provided to visitors of the Prophet's Mosque and enhance operational efficiency.
 The field visits resulted in the identification and remediation of 307 areas for improvement, supporting the continuous development of services and enhancing the experience of worshippers and visitors.
 The authority reaffirmed its commitment to continuous field monitoring and regular evaluation of services to ensure the highest standards of quality and operational efficiency to provide a safe and comfortable environment for visitors to the Prophet's Mosque.
