IMCTC and Legal Studies Center Sign Cooperation Deal
The Islamic Military Counter Terrorism Coalition (IMCTC) today signed a cooperation memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Council of Ministers' Center of Legal Studies and Research. The signing took place at the IMCTC headquarters in Riyadh.
The IMCTC was represented at the signing ceremony by its secretary-general, Major General Pilot Mohammed bin Saeed Al-Moghedi. The Center of Legal Studies and Research was represented by its managing director, Eng. Mashari bin Saud Al Abdulaziz.
The MoU aims to strengthen collaboration between the two entities in legal studies and research. It will facilitate the exchange of expertise and knowledge transfer, ultimately promoting integration in research and academic work while helping to develop skills in shared areas of interest.
The memorandum includes provisions for providing legal consultations, sharing insights in scientific training and qualification, and utilizing each side's educational programs. The agreement also covers organizing joint courses, workshops, and seminars, all designed to boost legal awareness and a culture of legal knowledge among the personnel of both parties.
This initiative is a key part of the IMCTC's broader strategy to expand its institutional partnerships and leverage legal expertise. By doing so, the coalition reinforces its mission to combat terrorism in all its forms and cut off its funding, all through a comprehensive, scientific, and institutional approach.
