Tuwaiq Academy Launches Middle East's First AI Innovation Center in Collaboration with NVIDIA
Tuwaiq Academy launched the Middle East's first and the world's second AI Innovation Center in collaboration with NVIDIA during a ceremony held at the academy's headquarters in Riyadh on Monday. The event was attended by representatives of NVIDIA, along with partners and industry experts.
The partnership aims to empower and develop national capabilities in artificial intelligence (AI) and emerging technologies. It also seeks to enhance the skills of Saudi talent in building natural language processing (NLP) applications and support innovation through collaboration between experts and specialists from Tuwaiq Academy and NVIDIA.
The initiative also aims to advance innovation and digital transformation by providing the tools and technologies needed to prepare a generation proficient in emerging technologies. It will also graduate globally certified ambassadors equipped with the skills, knowledge, and expertise required by the labor market.
CEO of Tuwaiq Academy Abdulaziz Alhammadi underscored the importance of the collaboration with NVIDIA. He reaffirmed the academy's commitment to building outstanding national capabilities in AI through professional initiatives and programs developed in partnership with leading global organizations.
Alhammadi said the programs are based on content and a learning methodology centered on practical application. He added that this approach helps strengthen Saudi Arabia's technological leadership.
