Undersecretary of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah for Hajj and Umrah Services Dr. Amr Almaddah has launched the inaugural edition of the Ekram Excellence Award for the 1446 Hajj season. The award recognizes outstanding performance among hospitality centers affiliated with Ekram Al-Dayf, a division of the Ashraqat company serving pilgrims from Arab countries.
Advisor for Excellence and Awards at Ekram Dr. Adnan Saleh Al-Shehri explained that the initiative aims to inspire excellence in administrative and operational performance among hospitality centers. The goal is to deliver superior, sustainable services aligned with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, the aspirations of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, the Pilgrim Experience Program, and the strategic goals of Ekram Al-Dayf.
The award seeks to honor distinguished centers for their achievements, foster a culture of quality and commitment, and promote compliance with service standards. It also aims to boost competitiveness among hospitality providers, enhance the company’s performance indicators, and support innovation and creativity.
In addition, the initiative encourages the implementation of social responsibility programs and volunteer efforts, while enriching the overall pilgrim experience. This aligns with the multiple service pathways launched by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah to elevate the standards of hospitality and ensure an exceptional Hajj journey for the pilgrims.
