Industry Minister Discusses Mining Cooperation with Russian Counterpart

Saudi Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources Bandar Alkhorayef held a bilateral meeting today in Moscow with Russian Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Alexander Kozlov, as part of the Saudi minister's official visit to the Russian Federation.

 The meeting focused on ways to enhance cooperation between the two countries in the mining sector.

 The two ministers emphasized the importance of strengthening international cooperation to develop the mining sector and address its challenges to ensure a sustainable future for the industry. They also explored opportunities for collaboration between the two countries in the fields of mineral exploration and advanced mining technologies.

 The meeting was attended by the Assistant Minister of Investment Dr. Abdullah Al-Dubaikhi and Saudi Ambassador to Russia Abdulrahman Al-Ahmad.

 The visit to Russia aims to expand strategic economic partnerships between the two countries, particularly in the industrial and mining sectors.
