King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center Implements over 1,240 Projects Worth Nearly $1 Billion Supporting Women’s Contributions to Sustainable Development Worldwide

King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) has implemented 1,244 women-focused projects worth USD946,299,000, benefiting over 233,949,000 women in crisis-affected communities worldwide in the fields of education, training, and small program support.
KSrelief's vision extends to young men and women, as vocational and professional training programs in Yemen have equipped them with the skills needed to enter the labor market, creating real employment opportunities and contributing to local economic recovery. At the same time, KSrelief has provided comprehensive psychological support to women and children affected by crises, offering a safe environment to help them recover from trauma and promote mental health, while focusing on building women's capacity to face daily challenges with confidence and independence.
KSrelief has also expanded women's opportunities through renewable energy projects, deploying solar energy solutions and supporting their participation in small energy-related businesses to create sustainable income.
KSrelief's health efforts have extended to providing healthcare and reproductive services for women in Lebanon, Yemen, and Somalia, through operating centers equipped with medical devices and necessary supplies, including specialized surgical procedures, ensuring women and girls receive comprehensive and continuous care.
KSrelief marked International Women's Day, observed annually on March 08, in recognition of women's contributions to community building and their role as a key partner in the path of sustainable development.
