Islamic Affairs Ministry Concludes Final Qualifiers for 4th International Quran Competition in Balkans
The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance in Skopje, the capital of the Republic of North Macedonia, concluded the final qualifiers for the 4th International Holy Quran Competition in the Balkan countries. The competition is organized by the ministry, represented by the Religious Attaché Office at the Embassy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Bosnia and Herzegovina, with the participation of 200 male and female contestants representing 29 countries.
On the final day, the five-member specialized judging committee listened to the recitations of 70 contestants, completing the assessment of all participants in the final qualifiers in accordance with precise scientific criteria that take into account accuracy of memorization, mastery of recitation, and rules of Quranic recitation, ensuring the highest levels of accuracy and fairness in the judging process.
