
KSrelief-Supported Prosthetics Center in Hadhramaut Provides Services to 775 Beneficiaries in May
The Prosthetics and Rehabilitation Center in Seiyun, Hadhramaut Governorate, provided various medical services in May 2025 to 775 beneficiaries who had lost limbs, with the support of the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief).
A total of 2,276 services were provided under the project, with male beneficiaries accounting for 60% and females 40%. Displaced persons represented 18% of the total, while residents comprised 82%.
The services included the manufacturing, fitting, and rehabilitation of prosthetic limbs, as well as physical therapy and specialized consultations.
This initiative is part of the humanitarian projects implemented by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, through KSrelief, to strengthen the healthcare sector and alleviate the suffering of the brotherly Yemeni people.
