“Refad” Appoints “BEC Arabia” as Main Contractor for "Miraf District" Project
“Refad” Real Estate Investment and Development Company, represented by Mr. Khaled Bin Abdulhadi Al-Qahtani, CEO of Al-Qahtani Holding Group, signed the main contractor agreement for its remarkable project, "Miraf District," in a strategic step that paves the way for the move to the comprehensive implementation phase. The step was taken after the excavation and pile foundation works were 100% completed.
Pursuant to the agreement, “BEC Arabia ”, as the main contractor of Miraf District, will undertake all construction and architectural works for the project, along with mechanical and electrical works, ensuring the integration of the various systems in accordance with the highest approved technical and engineering standards.
Mr Abdulhadi AlQahtani, Managing Director of Refard, stated that the signing of this significant contract for the “Miraf District” marks a pivotal milestone in the project’s journey. He continued: “The signing affirms our commitment to moving into the implementation phase, in line with the highest standards of quality and efficiency. The selection of BEC Arabia was based on its proven track record of delivering high-quality projects, which reinforces our confidence in its ability to complete the project within the targeted timeline and to the required technical standards. It also reflects our vision of developing an integrated destination that supports the urban and investment landscape in the Eastern Province, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.”
