Under Patronage of HRH the Crown Prince, Culture Ministry to Honor Winners of Cultural Awards in Fifth Edition

Under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, the Ministry of Culture is scheduled to celebrate the winners of the fifth edition of the National Cultural Awards initiative. The closing ceremony will take place on Sunday at King Fahad Cultural Center in Riyadh.

 Minister of Culture Prince Bader bin Abdullah bin Farhan extended his thanks to HRH the Crown Prince for his generous patronage of this national initiative, which celebrates the most prominent cultural achievements of pioneers and youth. He described this patronage as the greatest honor for members of the cultural sector and its creative community across all fields, as well as a key indicator of the unlimited support provided by the wise leadership for the Saudi culture, and of its continuous recognition and empowerment of intellectuals and creatives.

 This National Cultural Awards initiative is one of the initiatives of the National Strategy for Culture implemented by the Ministry of Culture to achieve the cultural objectives of Saudi Vision 2030. It celebrates the achievements of individuals and institutions across various cultural sectors, honors pioneers and their significant contributions, highlights outstanding young talents, and encourages cultural production through material and moral support and empowerment.

 The sectoral awards cover literature, publishing, theater and performing arts, culinary arts, architecture and design, translation, fashion, film, national heritage, music, visual arts, and handicrafts.
