
KFSHRC Receives Slovak Health Minister to Discuss Cooperation in Specialized Care, Medical Innovation
King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre (KFSHRC) in Riyadh received Minister of Health of the Slovak Republic Kamil Šaško during an official visit aimed at exploring ways to enhance cooperation in specialized healthcare, innovation in medicine, and advanced medical education, according to a press release from KFSHRC.
The accompanying delegation included several senior officials from the Slovak healthcare sector and representatives from prominent universities and academic institutions. They met with their counterparts at KFSHRC to review opportunities for establishing strategic partnerships in workforce training, knowledge exchange, and the development of joint medical research.
This visit comes amid increasing global interest in the advanced model adopted by KFSHRC, which integrates clinical excellence with cutting-edge technologies.
The hospital has achieved several world-leading medical milestones, including the first fully robotic heart transplant, and the world’s first robotic heart and liver transplants, reinforcing its status as an international reference center for specialized care.
