Saudi Arabia, Türkiye Strengthen Social Services Cooperation

Minister of Human Resources and Social Development Ahmed Al-Rajhi and Turkish Minister of Family and Social Services Mahinur Özdemir Göktaş signed a memorandum of understanding yesterday to enhance cooperation in the field of social services, on the sidelines of the Second World Summit for Social Development held in Doha, Qatar.

 The MoU aims to strengthen collaboration and exchange expertise in areas concerning family affairs, women, children, older people, and persons with disabilities, contributing to the development of social services and the improvement of quality of life.

 The two sides discussed prospects for future cooperation and reviewed leading initiatives in social care and development to align their joint efforts further.
