Jubail Corrosion Conference Concludes with over 3,000 Participants and Visitors

The Jubail Corrosion Conference and Exhibition 2026 concluded yesterday in Jubail Industrial City, drawing more than 3,000 participants and visitors from around the world.

 The final day featured practical, cost-effective solutions for protecting facilities against corrosion using specialized coatings. A new type of inorganic coating was unveiled, with its performance in hot and humid environments demonstrated in accordance with ISO standards. Discussions also addressed leak detection technologies, corrosion risk management, and strategies to extend the operational lifespan of assets.

 Chairman of the conference Dr. Fahad Al-Mutlaq said the edition achieved exceptional success, driven by the continued support and engagement of industrial leaders, experts, and specialists from the Kingdom and abroad.

 He noted that the recommendations and papers presented during the three-day event covered artificial intelligence, robotic inspection, and innovative coating and material solutions, which will help enhance industrial facility reliability, strengthen safety standards, and reduce long-term operational costs. He also thanked the sponsors, participants, and organizing teams for contributing to the event’s success.
