Saudi Build 2025 Concludes Its 35th Edition, Strengthening Partnerships and Shaping the Future of Construction”
The 35th edition of Saudi Build 2025 concluded today, after being held from 3 to 6 November at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center, with the participation of 422 exhibitors representing 23 countries.
The exhibition witnessed the signing of several agreements between local and international companies, contributing to the development of the construction sector, supporting economic growth, and expanding avenues of international cooperation in sustainable building.
The “Future of Construction” Conference, held as part of the exhibition’s program, also concluded its sessions with the participation of experts and specialists in construction technologies and modern building materials. The conference addressed key topics related to enhancing construction efficiency, improving project quality, and raising safety standards in line with global best practices.

The final day featured a series of specialized panel discussions, including “Building Materials Industry in Saudi Arabia: Production and Quality Challenges,” which explored the current state of the industry and its role in supporting Vision 2030 objectives, emphasizing the importance of strengthening local content and adopting industrial innovation. Another session, “Testing and Certification of Fire Protection Systems,” highlighted the need to advance safety standards as a fundamental pillar in modern building design.
The session “The Role of Translation in Construction Work Environments” discussed the significance of accurate communication on job sites and the potential impact of misinterpretation on execution quality and worker safety. Meanwhile, the session “Advanced Construction Technologies” underscored the necessity of leveraging innovative technologies and sustainable materials that keep pace with environmental and economic shifts, noting that the sector’s transformation is reshaping methods of design, production, and operation toward more efficient and sustainable environments.

Saudi Build 2025 showcased the latest advancements in sustainability, smart construction, 3D printing, and digital transformation. It also served as a key platform for knowledge exchange and for presenting innovations in building materials and technologies, including stone, wood, aluminum, facades, glass, and windows—reinforcing the Kingdom’s growing position as an international hub for exhibitions and conferences under Vision 2030.
The exhibition welcomed a wide range of national and international companies, engineers, investors, and decision-makers seeking insights into the latest innovations in construction and urban development.
