GOSI Showcases Digital Experience at Global Symposium for Regulators

The General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) participated in the Global Symposium for Regulators (GSR25), held at the King Abdulaziz International Conference Center in Riyadh from August 31 to September 3.

 GOSI's participation reaffirmed its leadership in digital government, presenting its pioneering experience in digital transformation to the audience as a model to be emulated in adopting digital government concepts. It highlighted the positive impact this has had on the success of its programs and strategies, while showcasing its role in employing artificial-intelligence (AI) technologies to enhance performance efficiency and improve customer experience.

 GOSI took part in a panel discussion today titled "Navigating the Future: Qiyas as a Strategic Compass for Saudi Arabia's Digital Government Transformation." During the session, GOSI reviewed its digital transformation journey and its adoption of modern technologies to support its operations.

 During the session, GOSI also highlighted its ranking first in the 2024 Digital Transformation Measurement (Qiyas) Index, achieving a score of 95%. It emphasized that the achievement was made possible through the adoption of advanced technologies such as AI, big data analytics, and cloud computing, as well as the strengthening of governance controls, risk management, and business continuity.

 In addition, GOSI highlighted its integration with other government entities and provided an overview of its most prominent projects and digital products, which have contributed to the efficiency and effectiveness of its operations and services provided to customers.
