OIC Secretary-General Extends Condolences to Afghanistan after Kunar Earthquake

Organization of the Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Secretary-General Hissein Brahim Taha offered his sincere condolences to Afghanistan following the devastating earthquake in Kunar Province, which reportedly killed hundreds of people and injured many others.
 The secretary-general affirmed the OIC’s solidarity with the Afghan people and its readiness to provide support during this difficult time. He directed the organization’s office in Afghanistan to contact the relevant authorities to assess needs and coordinate with OIC humanitarian institutions and partners to deliver assistance to those affected.
