The National Center for Security Operations received 2,982,277 calls through the unified emergency number (911) in August 2025 across Makkah, Madinah, Riyadh, and Eastern regions. The unified operations centers (911) are tasked with receiving calls and directing them to security and service agencies according to jurisdiction, using advanced automated systems operated by a specialized multilingual workforce with high accuracy and professionalism around the clock.
 Of the total calls, 961,422 were received in Makkah Region, 259,548 in Madinah Region, 1,189,199 in Riyadh Region, and 572,108 in Eastern Region.
