KAUST Academy Launches Advanced Summer Training Programs to Empower Saudi Students

King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST), through its KAUST Academy, has launched summer training programs in advanced technologies to support Saudi Vision 2030 and enhance the knowledge economy. These initiatives target Saudi university students in critical areas such as AI, renewable energy, AI applications in sports, cybersecurity, and bioinformatics.

 The programs aim to develop national competencies by providing advanced research skills through partnerships with leading local and international universities. This positions the Kingdom as a leader in technology, fostering sustainable development, innovation, and strengthening international research collaborations.

 Additionally, this year, the academy also hosted the first International AI Olympiad at KAUST, aimed at elite Saudi students in partnership with King Abdulaziz and his Companions Foundation for Giftedness and Creativity (Mawhiba).

 By prioritizing innovation in fields essential for the Kingdom's future, KAUST has established global leadership among research universities. Its specialized summer training programs empower students to become future leaders in impactful fields, reaffirming its role in building a creative and advanced scientific community.
