GCA Shares Expertise with Staff of 19 Supreme Audit Institutions from Around the World
The General Court of Audit (GCA), represented by the Saudi Center for Financial and Performance Auditing (SCFPA), launched an intensive training program today to promote knowledge exchange within the framework of memoranda of understanding signed with several supreme audit institutions in the brotherly and friendly countries. This endeavor showcases Saudi Arabia’s pioneering experience in auditing and the automation of audit work through a digital auditing system aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.
The program, which runs until September 27 at GCA’s headquarters in Riyadh, brings together 40 specialists from 19 institutions. Over the course of the program, participants will gain insights into GCA’s best practices in financial, compliance, and performance auditing, along with the methodologies it applies in line with international standards and best practices.
The program will also showcase GCA’s digital transformation journey, particularly its adoption of modern technologies and artificial intelligence applications through Shamel Platform, its digital auditing system.
In addition, participants will learn about GCA’s experience in building institutional and human capacity, both within GCA and across auditing entities, while also supporting regional and international supreme audit institutions. This is achieved through specialized training programs offered by SCFPA, delivered either in person or through the smart training library, Saql Platform.
By fostering dialogue sessions, interactive workshops, and specialized presentations, this program reflects GCA’s high professional standing at both regional and international levels.
