Security and History Dialogue 2026 Opens in Riyadh with 160+ Speaker

The “Security and History Dialogue 2026” conference opens in Riyadh tomorrow under the patronage of Minister of Interior Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, bringing together more than 160 speakers from inside and outside the Kingdom for a four-day program running through September 8.

Organized by the Ministry of Interior under the theme “Our History and Our Future: Security and Growth,” the conference serves as a national platform for dialogue and intellectual and historical exchange, reviewing Saudi Arabia’s journey across security, politics, the economy, society, culture, national identity, awareness, international relations, and institution building.

The program features more than 65 dialogue sessions and interactive meetings with the participation of over 30 entities, and is expected to draw more than 5,000 visitors. Sessions will address the Kingdom’s security history, the role of Founding King Abdulaziz, citizenship and national identity, international security partnerships, and the intersection of artificial intelligence with future security, alongside the roles of women, family, media, and security sectors in advancing awareness and stability.
