Jeddah Gold Expo Concludes, Draws 130 Global Exhibitors
The Jeddah Gold Expo concluded its seven-day run as a highlight of Jeddah Season, marked by a historic Guinness World Record. The event debuted the world's heaviest gold logo shield—representing the Jeddah Season brand—which weighed a staggering 8.769 kilograms. The exhibition was hosted within the Jeddah Superdome, the world’s largest interconnected dome, which was specially gilded for the occasion.
The event was a major commercial success, facilitating significant investment deals in the Kingdom's gold market. From January 8 to 14, the event attracted a vast audience of enthusiasts and specialists, featuring over 130 exhibitors and four major Saudi factories. Leading international designers and prestigious brands showcased unique pieces that blended traditional Saudi gold craftsmanship with modern, contemporary designs.
By providing an interactive journey through the artistry and economic value of gold, the exhibition represents a qualitative leap for the industry. The participation of global brands alongside local talent reinforces the Kingdom's position as a premier regional and international hub for the gold trade.
