Shura Council Speaker Takes Part in Second Parliamentary Conference on Interfaith Dialogue in Rome

Shura Council Speaker Sheikh Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Al-Sheikh participated in the Second Parliamentary Conference on Interfaith Dialogue, held in Rome under the theme “Strengthening Trust and Embracing Hope for Our Common Future.”

 During the opening session, President of the Italian Chamber of Deputies Lorenzo Fontana emphasized the vital role of parliaments, highlighting the significance of the conference in building bridges and promoting mutual understanding.

 Parliamentarians engaged in specialized panel discussions on the conference agenda, focusing on key themes such as fostering mutual understanding, combating hate speech, and promoting a shared future among people across countries worldwide.
